EVHM recently host The Power of the Purse part in partnership with United Way. Evangelical Homes' new Executive Chef, Todd Stapnowski and Brecon Villages Executive Chef, Janet Nichols created beautiful dishes to make this special event amazing.
A beautiful deep green Kale salad, tossed with raspberry vinaigrette with dried pineapple and cranberries along with a savory Cauliflower and spiced chicken risotto were the two of the high lighted dishes. Cuban pulled pork mini tacos topped with cilantro were also beautiful presented inside lemon wedges.
Not to forget dessert, our guests were given the options of raspberry crème and dark chocolate nestled in between layers of buttery pound cake or Tres Leche cake with Citrus whipped cream and dark chocolate and fruit disks.
