Villa St. Benedict hosted a Top Chef event which 130 of our residents and staff participated in. There were 4 chefs from Villa and 2 guest chefs that competed. Each person bought an entry ticket and were given a token for voting after they tasted each dish. The food stations included; Polenta Lamb, Limoncello Mousse, Sesame seared tuna, Kickin' shrimp over salad, Braised short rib over Yorkshire pudding, and the winning dish, by our very own Chef Mario Radilla, Lobster Empanada! The winning dish will be featured on our next a la carte menu as an appetizer!
