At Evangelical Homes of Saline, we kicked off the first week of National Nutrition Month! Featured below is a staff member working in our Blossom Café assisting the RDs in promoting their Savor the Flavor education board. This week, along with fellow team members in the café, Tosheona works with the EHM team members, clients, and residents to promote the theme “Greens”. In the pictures below, you can see Tosheona completing a quiz to win a weekly prize – this week the prize is a cookbook! Our café team is engaged in the festivities and getting the community excited to celebrate Nutrition all month long!
